许丽敏女士是一位长期关注家庭教育、亲子关系与终身学习的教育理念践行者，拥有近20年大型金融机构管理经验及多年跨行业创业经历。她将丰富的职业管理经验与亲身家庭教育实践相结合，持续探索家庭成长与专业教育支持的价值。
许丽敏女士与黄秋艳校长因女儿的教育成长结缘。在黄校长的个性化教育规划及剑桥大学校友导师指导下，女儿成功进入剑桥大学并完成本科及硕士学业。这段经历让她深刻认同个性化教育、专业导师引领与长期陪伴的价值，也为双方建立了深厚的信任与共同的教育理念。
从家校信任伙伴到教育事业联合创始人，许丽敏女士与黄校长携手，将真实家庭成长经验与专业教育资源相结合，重点推动家庭教育理念传播、独立教育顾问培养及家庭成长支持，让优质教育服务惠及更多家庭。

Ms. Limin Xu is a dedicated advocate of family education, parent-child relationships and lifelong learning. With nearly 20 years of management experience in major financial institutions and a diverse entrepreneurial background, she brings together professional leadership expertise and personal experience in family education.
Her partnership with Principal Ellen Huang began through her daughter's educational journey. With personalised educational planning from Principal Huang and guidance through a Cambridge alumni mentorship programme, her daughter gained admission to the University of Cambridge, where she completed both her undergraduate and master's degrees. This experience strengthened Ms. Xu's belief in personalised education, expert mentorship and long-term guidance, establishing a strong foundation of mutual trust and shared educational values.
From a trusted parent partner to a co-founder, Ms. Xu works alongside Principal Huang to connect real family experiences with professional educational resources. She focuses on promoting family education, developing independent education advisors and supporting family growth, with the aim of making high-quality educational guidance accessible to more families.
She firmly believes that the true value of a successful educational journey extends beyond one family's achievements. Through sharing experiences, passing on knowledge and supporting others, its positive impact can reach many more families.
