陈诚长期从事国际化教育与学生发展管理，拥有汉语言文学与教育管理专业背景，曾在国际化学校担任班主任、级长、学生处主管等职务，熟悉学校教育管理、学生发展、家校沟通及中外课程体系。

Joe Chen has extensive experience in international education and student development. With an academic background in Chinese Language and Literature and Education Management, he has held a range of student-facing and leadership roles in international schools, including homeroom teacher, year-level leader and head of student affairs. His work has given him a strong understanding of school operations, student support, home–school communication and both Chinese and international curriculum pathways.

His particular strength lies in understanding students as individuals. He looks beyond grades to explore motivation, learning habits, interests, personal strengths and future potential. From there, he helps students define realistic short- and long-term goals, while working closely with families and schools to create a more coordinated and supportive environment for their development.

Joe is also familiar with a wide range of academic and future pathways across STEM, social sciences, art and design, music, sport and other specialist fields. Rather than steering students towards a standard route, he helps them recognise what makes them distinctive, build on their strengths and develop a pathway that reflects who they are and where they can thrive.

and help them find the pathway, strengths and direction in which they can thrive?”
