她既从创校者和校长的角度理解学校如何运作、
课程如何设计、教师如何培养以及大学如何选择学生；也从母亲的角度理解，一个家庭在孩子成长过程中真正面对的期待、选择与焦虑。
她关注的不是：
“哪所学校最好？”
而是：
“什么样的教育路径，
真正适合这个孩子未来十年的成长？”
Ellen Huang has spent more than three decades working across K–12, international education, school development and student pathways.
Her perspective combines that of a school founder, principal, education practitioner and mother.
She does not begin with the question:
